Consistently deliver excellent Service! Everything that one would expect from a well run dealership with a great brand. On arrival at the Service Dept to Check in there was no wait time, th Everything that one would expect from a well run dealership with a great brand. On arrival at the Service Dept to Check in there was no wait time, the particulars of the service explained thoroughly with an estimated departure time. I was offered a shuttle ride home should I not be content with the wait time. I waited, the car was ready and I left on schedule. During the course of the service I was given updates and signed some paperwork. Whilst there I took the opportunity to go and say Hello to Mike Solomon in Sales, who has helped us with our last 4 cars. More

Battery replacement I was experiencing battery problems my car would not start. The roadside assistance provided by VW was responsive and quick. The battery was replaced and my car was returned to me in about an hour and was immaculately cleaned as well! More

Amazing. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - the gentleman smiled and said he would taKe care of everything. The assistant manager brought us into her office and filled out all paper work and said it will be ready in about 2 hours. My daughter and I went for lunch - received a call the car was ready. . Donna was thorough with her explanations throughout the time my car was in and called every hour to update me. It was so efficient and detailed that all my decisions were easy to make. She made the appointment headache free and I had no issues. I will always ask for her when I go back because she is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I highly recommend her.
