AMAZING INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! Amanda Patrick in service went above & beyond for me giving me a brand new Tiguan loaner to drive while my car issues were being diagnosed. I found he Amanda Patrick in service went above & beyond for me giving me a brand new Tiguan loaner to drive while my car issues were being diagnosed. I found her very knowledgeable about VW's. She asked me for permission to drive my car 10 miles to look for all the possible problem areas. I was nervous about the many potential issues she could find & the price of labor + parts... BUT I felt she was so honest when she came up with the lowest priced, most simple diagnosis imaginable... and she even looked for coupons for me to apply to my bill! SO GRATEFUL! In addition she was also MORE than generous with me regarding my bill for the overall repairs completed! I feel so lucky. I am so grateful to both Amanda & Schumacher ONCE AGAIN for their honest + trustworthy Diagnostics & Top notch service. Now that my car has been repaired by the BEST... I am now driving with such confidence.. AND on a BUDGET price. Schumacher has honestly been so fair and generous with me it's unbelievable. More

He was very polite, attentive, and helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel better. I was very stressful because my car was recalled for a couple of days, and I didn't have any other car. First, he made sure that the shuttle van took me to work and second, as soon as he had a loaner available, he called me to let me know that I could pick it up. In addition, he explained everything regarding what was happening with the car to me in a clear and concise way. Thanks, Jay! Another person I would like to mention is the shuttle van's driver. He was very very nice not only to me, but also to the other two people who were in the car. Thanks! More

Great Service Department Had to return my 2019 VW Jetta for a recall notice repair. Had no problem making an appointment and when I arrive my service advisor met me outside without even having to go inside to find him. He told me it would take about 3/4 hours for the repair, but would try to expedite it since my wife and I would be waiting. Around lunch time we walked across the street to have lunch and just about when finishing he called and said the car was ready. WOW...now that is what I call service. Including lunch, we were in and out in just a little bit over 2 hours. LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

They should be given a raise immediately starting with your manager Kent :>) I told him my problem and even though it was Sunday he said to come by and they would try to help me. I had a malfunction with my 2010 Beetle and could not close the drivers side window. Rain was imminent. The first time was in February And Dane fixed the problem. This time Service was closed due to it being Sunday. Ergo these four strong men came out to my car pitched in and got the window back on track and closed.
