When I moved to Florida I searched for a dealership that could service my Volkswagen. I have always used dealerships to service my vehicles. I ended up choosing Schumacher because of the way they treated me could service my Volkswagen. I have always used dealerships to service my vehicles. I ended up choosing Schumacher because of the way they treated me on the phone when I called with a dead battery issue. They got me in quickly, installed a new battery at a very competitive price and at my request also performed the 30000 mile servicing. They have been terrific on all subsequent contacts including taking care of replacing my key fob batteries at no charge.The initial Service Advisor that I dealt with left and his replacement has been equally as competent and accommodating. That doesn't happen by accident. That's a result of excellent training by ownership. Schumacher owns about a dozen dealerships and my guess is that they are all run with comparable outstanding customer service. It's nice to know that you can have peace of mind when it comes to the folks that take care of your vehicle. More
