Amazing. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - the gentleman smiled and said he would taKe care of everything. The assistant manager brought us into her office and filled out all paper work and said it will be ready in about 2 hours. My daughter and I went for lunch - received a call the car was ready. . Donna was thorough with her explanations throughout the time my car was in and called every hour to update me. It was so efficient and detailed that all my decisions were easy to make. She made the appointment headache free and I had no issues. I will always ask for her when I go back because she is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I highly recommend her.
