Amazing purchase experience I contacted about 3 dealerships and explained my situation and job and that I didn't have time to waste going in there to negotiate. I simply told him I contacted about 3 dealerships and explained my situation and job and that I didn't have time to waste going in there to negotiate. I simply told him my time frame, what I wanted to our base the car for, that I had a trade in, this is what I wanted to pay monthly and he made that happen and promised me an under 1 hour sign and drive paper work appointment which happened. After I drove off I had a few simple issues with the car which he was so nice and cooperative and prompt with fixing the issues. I would refer him out any day and definitely use him again! Thank you so much scott!!!! More

Amazing! I came into Volkswagen today to look at the Atlas as my potential new vehicle since my family is expanding and I am with child. WARNING! GO TO ANY OTHER DEALER avoid Schumacher dealers at any cost! They've called and harassed me at least 10 times to trade in 2015 Passat for a newer one and get "a better deal", but sadly not only my paym any cost! They've called and harassed me at least 10 times to trade in 2015 Passat for a newer one and get "a better deal", but sadly not only my payments are Higher! But a few weeks later they've returned my trade without giving me any credit or discount as the falsely promised. Now, i am stuck an extra car, and and extra payments, an extra insurance without any alternatives. This is unfair and unjust! This kind of snaky and fishy behavior must be stop once for all. I was ridiculed and insulted by their managers " Kent McClure and Sal del Greco" and their shady sales crew "Richard Gardner". Before the sale I was called SIR, now " whenever I called to get a status they asked me "what do you want"? I am totally disgusted by this company bad customer services and I am demanding for the President CHUCK SCHUMACHER to investigate and resolve this matter as soon as possible, first by apologizing for these abuses and mistreatment from their staff and by giving me the full credit that I was promised without any trickery. (Not a penny more, not a penny less) PS: I don't need another car, but just give me my credit or discount for my trade for as promised! More

Ted was very pleasant to work with as well as understanding I normally do not fill out reviews, but the customer service Ted provided me was pristine. Ted was very pleasant to work with as well as understanding when it came to sticking within my price range. Ted even took his time to show me the ins and outs of my newly purchased car, even though it was closing time. I HIGHLY recommend Ted! My only complaint was the unprofessionalism when it came time to sign my lease paperwork with the financial manager. I felt super rushed, granted it was closing time (Sunday @5pm), but still! I would completely understand if I was wandering aimlessly around the dealership wasting time. This was not the case, as a "buying" customer I should have deserved more respect from this particular individual. Especially since I had to drive to the dealership the following day to resign/initial paperwork because he (not Ted) did it incorrectly. The resigning could have been completely prevented if he hadn't been rushing me in the first place. I appear to be young, but every customer should be treated the same whether they are leasing a Jetta or buying a Maserati! Luckily, Ted's exceptional customer service has made up for the careless mistakes made by others. More

Scott, and the dealership was very understanding and helpful while discussing finances and I was able to favorable terms for my lease. Everyone is so nice, it seems a shame I'll only have to visit service once a year!. More
