He had someone called me back within minutes. She set an appointment for my car to be seen and assessed AND I was impressed that the appt setter also checked my VIN via my phone number that I had provided for call back & she noticed there were some recalls from VW to be addressed. I was told my car would be taken care as a Goodwill Gesture & the recalls would be done & provided simultaneously. True enough within a few days all that and MORE was done for me by Schumacher which has brought my car back into perfect condition!!
