While this has been an exhausting process, I continually felt more lost and exhausted after each dealership visit. Luckily, I came across Charles who was very knowledgeable, honest, and up front with me about what to expect during my car searching journey. While I did not leave with a vehicle, I feel much better about my pursuit and knowledgeable about buying. I need to check a few more things but unless I find something too good to be true, I for sure would prefer to give my business to this dealership due to the superior customer a service. I am writing this review as I did not want Charles time spent educating me to be in vain. As I advised him, I will most likely be back!!! More

Busy Bug My appointment for service was at noon when I checked in I was told it would be 1&1/2 hours. Was asked if I was going to wait; my answer was yes. In less than 1&1/2 my car was ready and we went over all that was done to it. The car not only had its service done and was washed ; even the inside cleaned.
