Finance Representatice "Trained" to try to scam buyers While the salesman, Loyd, was professional and did his job fairly honest, the finance representative (Peter from Volvo) surly trashed the Schumacher's While the salesman, Loyd, was professional and did his job fairly honest, the finance representative (Peter from Volvo) surly trashed the Schumacher's reputation with his effort to scam the customers. A Classic scam that typically you would expect from low-end car dealerships. Gave us an inflated monthly payment, then he offered us that he would try to lowering the monthly payment if we buy other insurances, like the GAP. When I tried to pull my Iphone to verify the monthly payment calculation, he then said, as expected, "oops, I forgot to deduct your $2000 down payment from my calculation", and still dripped it to a number that is inflated (from $309/mon to $294). And continued to push for trying to sell us a long list of insurances. After I got the exact monthly payment on my Iphone, then he came up with the matching and correct number ($275/mon)... He does that scam probably because he is encouraged by the dealership management. He is bringing them more profit of course. I'm disappointed, but not surprised.. Dealership and well known to have nothing to do with dealing honestly, ethically and with integrity.. If they do deal honestly, they will not make money.... from the Schumacher prospective... Peter the scammer gets high marks. I did not buy ANY of of the long list of all the useless insurances from Peter. More

I love my Volkswagen Atlas ! I’ve had my Volkswagen Atlas for almost a week now and I love it. Todd was amazing. He answered any and every that we had. Great buying experience! Had a terrific buying experience here! Great Service Department Had to return my 2019 VW Jetta for a recall notice repair. Had no problem making an appointment and when I arrive my service advisor met me outside wi Had to return my 2019 VW Jetta for a recall notice repair. Had no problem making an appointment and when I arrive my service advisor met me outside without even having to go inside to find him. He told me it would take about 3/4 hours for the repair, but would try to expedite it since my wife and I would be waiting. Around lunch time we walked across the street to have lunch and just about when finishing he called and said the car was ready. WOW...now that is what I call service. Including lunch, we were in and out in just a little bit over 2 hours. LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
