Not once was he frustrated or did we feel rushed out when we told him we weren’t ready. When we stopped in yesterday - with even more questions, he was so patient and kind. Todd again explained all of our options and helped us rule out what we didn’t want. He is very knowledgeable about the Volkswagen product and acts as your personal cheerleader through our the whole process.
