Management and the repair department are a disaster. After six attempts to fix none functioning sensors on a 2019 Tiguan they still do not work. Management does not return phone calls, passes the buck and has otherwise wash their hands from the issue. Took the car for an oil change, and found out several weeks later that they never change the oil, only the sticker from the windshield. Run in the other direction from Schumacher, they do not deserve your business and is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. More
