Jay Hersey, the Assistant Manager of the Service Department, was kind, patient, knowledgeable, personable and willing to answer all of my questions. I have some experience in this industry and recognize and appreciate professionalism when I see it. Finally, my vehicle was competently serviced and the work and materials were billed at fair rates. The only negative was that I had to drive home in torrential rains after Jay had just washed my car as a courtesy :-). More
