Niko and Mike are truly exemplary employees and should be commended for there work ethic and dedication to the product and the dealership. In my opinion they are both the epitome of the perfect employee for a sales and people driven business. You should do your best to not only keep but encourage and promote such employees so as to not loose them. I was directed to the Northlake Dealership as it is where the vehicle I wanted to see was located and it is near my home. I was directed to the sales manager and a salesman was assigned to me to drive the car. Taylor was very personable and knowledgeable on the vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles and am rather direct in my approach. He appreciated that and spared me any typical sales rhetoric. We negotiated the deal in a pleasant manner and in a direct fashion. The purchase was completed in a couple of hours. Taylor and Ryan were professional and personable without any sales pressure. The dealership appeared to run very smoothly and efficiently.
