My last service and repair work this past week was fine and Cindi was my rep for the first time. I've had problems with the quality of your service center: After several past visits they were unable to diagnose a dented custom wheel that came on the Passat (that I purchased from you). The salesman told me at the time of my purchase that the original owner ordered the custom wheels at the time he purchased the car new at Schumacher. I bought it with about 2300 miles on it, essentially a new car. I had been going through tires much too soon and one wheel was losing air at a very fast rate over an extended time. I had Schumacher look for the problem a couple of times without resolution so I went to a wheel specialist in Jupiter who immediately found and fixed the problem, a dented rim, for $100. He told me my constant poor ride quality was because the custom wheels should have hub rings because they did not properly fit the axles. I went to Custom Wheels in WPB for hub rings and they found that the wheel bolts were also not the correct ones for the custom wheels and they corrected that problem by selling me new bolts. They also told me that I only had to do half the brake work that Schumacher's diagnostic service listed to be a necessity. Custom Wheels in WPB fixed all the problems during one visit. Schumacher's service center caused me to have a less than great ride from my car for many years and I don't appreciate that! I hope you fix these glaring deficiencies in the quality of your car care center as I continue to come to you because of the convenient location of the shop. I have spent many thousands of dollars for repair work at Schumacher during the past few years on my Passat and it's quite unfortunate that I do not have a VW service center nearby that I can rely on for quality work and honest transactions. More

Schuhmacher's service is normally pleasant and efficient. They give me a ride to work and normally have the car by the afternoon. The last time my car had to stay in the shop for 2 days to get par efficient. They give me a ride to work and normally have the car by the afternoon. I was greeted right away upon arriving. Since I live 30 miles away I asked that I have my car back by a specific time...which I got. Also was taken by shuttle to nearby mall to spend the time. Hands-down this is the best car buying experience I've ever had! My spouse bought a car from Tyler the week prior. Arrived on time for a scheduled safety recall repair for my 2008 VW Tiguan. The young gentleman said it would probably take about 1.5 hours for the repair so he offered for the shuttle to take me to the ne my 2008 VW Tiguan. The young gentleman said it would probably take about 1.5 hours for the repair so he offered for the shuttle to take me to the nearest department store. After sitting in the very uncomfortable waiting area at the dealership for over an hour, the shuttle never showed, and I was told they didn't have the parts to fix my vehicle. How can a dealership not have the parts for a safety recall???? It's beyond my understanding, and unfortunately I have to take more time off to go back to the dealership. When I made the appointment, I specifically said it was for the recall, and the woman who took my appointment seemed well aware of the fuse/plug recall. Needless to say, I'm pretty annoyed but not surprised. More
