This was my third Please recognize service manager Cindi Cicioni's efforts helping resolve an ongoing air conditioning problem with my 2012 TDI Jetta. This was my third scheduled service visit within 2 months for the same issue. Her persistence with the aftermarket warranty company (Fidelity) is what finally convinced them to authorize the replacement of my compressor. I believe they were reluctant to approve as problem was intermittent. My Platinum warranty covered all components, contingent upon proving the part failure. I'm not impressed with the extended warranty company Fidelity as they have proven to make repairs difficult by necessitating on site inspection before authorizing parts replacement. Her efforts undoubtably saved us valuable time not having to write letters disputing the contractual technicalities. Bottom line, the vehicles ac appears to be working great as we go into our summer season. Knowing this gives me a sense of relief as many upcoming business trips with associates are planned. More

Still have issues with after-market install of Sound/Nav/Back-Up Camera install. Camera doesn't work with 2014 Beetle - this was not disclosed to me until I had returned to the dealership to get it resolved. I will be going back again next week to have the camera replaced with one that will work. Not happy that the installation people did not inform me up front of this problem, which apparently was known to them. More
