Awesome My convertible was stuck open. When I called Jim ? service manager to tell him my concern in towing the car, he got his greatest Mechanic, Mark and hi My convertible was stuck open. When I called Jim ? service manager to tell him my concern in towing the car, he got his greatest Mechanic, Mark and his associates and they CAME TO MY HOUSE. Thank you so much. After 3 trips and more help they got the top down so we could transport the car. Great job More
