Because we had loyalty points accumulated over the year Bought two vehicles over weekend, 2016 Beetle for me and 2016 Golf SportsWagen for my husband. Because we had loyalty points accumulated over the years (23 plus as customer, and purchased 2001 Beetle years ago) we were able to get a Muddy Buddy liner for the new Golf...Eric had one in stock, (and ordered the little.bud vase for the Beetle) and next day Dennis was able to find and order one for my Beetle. The guys were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly to us and know their merchandise, and service for delivery of the above items was very quick, overnight in one case, in stock the other. We obviously are happy with Schumacher as they also took over the defunct Saturn dealership, which is how my husband originally became a customer too but now we both are in the VW family and very happy with the product, the staff, and departments offered. More

At first there seemed to have been a mix -up regarding my appointment and what I thought was going to be a pain in the neck turned out to be the best service I have received in many years at a dealership. Jim Liantonio must have seen a distressed look on my face because he came over and told me everything was going to go well and I would have he best of care. He was great. Next, I was introduced to Cyndi C who is The Volkswagen Queen. She solved a problem that I had with my Passat (for three years) in five minutes. She knows those cars inside and out.
