Amazing Customer Service We came here because I lost my wedding ring under the seat. We talked with Doreen Preshlock, she was amazing she got right down laid on the concrete We came here because I lost my wedding ring under the seat. Anyway they had my seat off found the ring in 5 minutes this is the place to go for ANY service need! I've been to many places with no one as nice, sweet, kind and caring as she was toward us! VW Parts Department Bought two vehicles over weekend, 2016 Beetle for me and 2016 Golf SportsWagen for my husband. Because we had loyalty points accumulated over the year Bought two vehicles over weekend, 2016 Beetle for me and 2016 Golf SportsWagen for my husband. Because we had loyalty points accumulated over the years (23 plus as customer, and purchased 2001 Beetle years ago) we were able to get a Muddy Buddy liner for the new Golf...Eric had one in stock, (and ordered the little.bud vase for the Beetle) and next day Dennis was able to find and order one for my Beetle. The guys were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly to us and know their merchandise, and service for delivery of the above items was very quick, overnight in one case, in stock the other. We obviously are happy with Schumacher as they also took over the defunct Saturn dealership, which is how my husband originally became a customer too but now we both are in the VW family and very happy with the product, the staff, and departments offered. More
