Bought a couple of cars here and they also helped me get another car I wanted with specific options. Adam and Sal were awesome. Also they helped me get a tire warranty for my mother for a non Subaru car w another car I wanted with specific options. Adam and Sal were awesome. The dealership she purchased her car from wanted nearly double for the same warranty. I was very appreciative with their assistance on that tire warranty as well. I bought the Crosstreks from Walter who was extremely easy to work with. I think he is now retired so I would refer to Adam on who to work with now for a salesman. Schumacher has always been helpful and they did warranty work and fulfilled the repairs, we STILL have these Subarus one with 180K miles, another with 140K miles and one we do plan to trade with 34K miles. So far they have served us well. My only complaint is a couple of repairs that seem to be ongoing concern with the CVT is the Valve body and another is an A/C problem with the evaporator core on that we had to repair on the 2016. Other than that, the engines are good until around 130-150K miles but getting a rebuilt ones installed for between $3K-$4K is what we had to do. I have had fords that run until 300K+ miles yet considering the cost to drop a low mile used engine in, we didn't really consider it much of a problem. We do change oil regular not sure why the boxer engines get tired so soon. That is more to do with the actual car and not the dealer, so still leaving it at 5 stars. More
