This is my second visit since moving from the Tampa Bsy market and being spoiled by Reeves Import motor cars Very impressed with The Schumacher Team. This is my second visit since moving from the Tampa Bsy market and being spoiled by Reeves Import motor cars for many years ( 40 plus ) I only needed a 20k mile service on my 7 year old Subaru Forrester. The experience was excellent from making the appointment with Megan to my service advisor Doreen! Love the car wash too! Thank you for a flawlessly service experience! Diane Tone More

Unexpected new tire My new Subaru Forester received an unwanted gift. A nail through the sidewall of one of it's tires. This was certainly an unexpected expense, it cer My new Subaru Forester received an unwanted gift. A nail through the sidewall of one of it's tires. This was certainly an unexpected expense, it certainly was not the fault of Subaru! Since I've only been to the service department once before, for routine oil change, etc., I needed some education on how the "Express Service" works. Just my opinion, but it's better to make an appointment! Curtis was excellent at helping me understand the process and that while I "could" just drive in for service, I would have to be worked in with other customers who had appointments. It took almost two hours to get the tire problem diagnosed and then the new tire put on, but again, that was not Curtis' fault. He was good to keep me advised of what was going on, and how long it would take. When I come back for future service appointments (no more tires, please!) I will ask for Curtis. He suits my personality perfectly! More

I was having great difficulty getting them to operate consistently but he patiently showed me how to navigate through the screens using all the proper key presses and screen touches. It was a first rate experience. More
