This Safety recall ended up being a two day effort. Thanks to Steven Morrone/ My Service Advisor he ensured my total satisfaction. Prior to and after leaving the dealership on day one, I was experien Thanks to Steven Morrone/ My Service Advisor he ensured my total satisfaction. Prior to and after leaving the dealership on day one, I was experiencing difficulty in starting my Outback. I called and spoke with Steven, he checked with the Foreman in charge of replacing my safety recalled fuel pump, and I was informed that it may take some driving time before this issue and the smell of gasoline resolves itself. On day two, the issue remained and I called Steven. He asked me to bring the vehicle in on Saturday, he would have a loaner vehicle ready and technicians would checkout my vehicle either on Saturday of Monday. I did as asked and dropped the vehicle off and to my surprise, I received a call early that afternoon that My Car was ready for pickup. The troubleshooting found the problem to be the battery. Everything now appears to be Normal and I want to Thank The Great Technical Team at Schumacher Subaru and especially Mr Steven Morrone for making a difference.
