I had a very good experience trading an Outback to a Forester. I went in and had a number that I was willing to pay for the trade, and said I was not going to make a deal without that number which I pro Forester. Angelique Hernandez, the sales representative, was very professional and also very personable. There was minimal back and forth with management to complete the deal.
