This was certainly an unexpected expense, it certainly was not the fault of Subaru! Since I've only been to the service department once before, for routine oil change, etc., I needed some education on how the "Express Service" works. Just my opinion, but it's better to make an appointment! Curtis was excellent at helping me understand the process and that while I "could" just drive in for service, I would have to be worked in with other customers who had appointments. It took almost two hours to get the tire problem diagnosed and then the new tire put on, but again, that was not Curtis' fault. He was good to keep me advised of what was going on, and how long it would take. When I come back for future service appointments (no more tires, please!) I will ask for Curtis. He suits my personality perfectly! More

Scott Gregory, my salesman, is the BEST!!! I had a 2002 Forester (137.000 miles) which I loved, but after 14 years it was time to buy a new car. Buying a car was a new experience for me. For I had a 2002 Forester (137.000 miles) which I loved, but after 14 years it was time to buy a new car. Buying a car was a new experience for me. Fortunately my salesman was Scott Gregory who is the most patient, helpful, caring person and thanks to him I now own a 2017 Outback which I love. Not only did Scott make the experience of buying a car extremely pleasant, but even after the sale, he still cares. He gave me his cell phone number and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call him and true to his word, he is always available. Many, many times after I purchased the car I had questions and Scott was always there to help me. He never rushed me. He always called back, even on his day off. I recommended him to my daughter who bought a Subaru Crosstrek from him. She too loves her car and thinks Scott is the best. Scott is the perfect salesman and Subaru is fortunate to have him represent them. Scott is the BEST. More

Scott Gregory We met Scott on July 31, 2016. We had replaced a 2015 Malibu with a 2016 Malibu and then discovered the 2016 Malibu did NOT have a CD player. Surpri We met Scott on July 31, 2016.
