I wasn't even looking I can't say enough about the excellent, expert and friendly customer service I received from John Esche at Schumacher in Delray. I wasn't even looking for a new car and next thing I know I am test driving a beautiful Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara! There was no stereotypical hard sell that people associate with car dealers - just a friendly, well-informed expert providing me with the details on the car. John went out of his way to provide me with a real test of the car; he put a dealer plate on it and away I went. After driving the Jeep for a day, I knew I wanted it and John handled the rest of the transaction with ease. I have had the car for less than a week and Schumacher has a customer for life based on the treatment I received from John. More

Personable, Friendly, and Helpful I came here looking for a Mazda I had seen online. They were quick to greet me and John offered me a cup of coffee or water. He was very personable and friendly as we spoke and informed me of every detail I needed to know. He explained the paperwork clearly and didn't push me to make the purchase.He also answered any questions my husband had but due to him being out state he had to answer over the phone. I felt like more then just $$ and like I could trust him to take care of the deal. I also Spoke to Lorenzo for the financing options who was very professional and very comforting as the process makes me anxious. He eased my mind and when I called him later for questions he answered quickly. I Love my new car! I severely needed to upgrade and these gentlemen made it work for me! More

Pleasant first car buying experience! After a full month of searching for the perfect used Subaru Crosstrek that fit all my requirements (low mileage, CPO, safety features), I found my car After a full month of searching for the perfect used Subaru Crosstrek that fit all my requirements (low mileage, CPO, safety features), I found my car at Schumacher Delray Beach. I visited the dealership with the intention of just test driving the vehicle but the exceptional customer service I received from John and Carlos made it tough to walk out of the dealership without that car. Financing was thorough with Brett making sure to answer all the questions I had as a new car buyer. It was also pouring the day that I bought my car so it could not be serviced, but John allowed me to bring back the car a few days later to service it completely. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the Crosstrek that I purchased and the service I received at this dealership. Thanks Schumacher Subaru of Delray!! More
