My 1st Buying Experience This dealership was amazing! When my parents and I walked up to the dealership, John came out and greeted us. He asked what we were looking for and he This dealership was amazing! When my parents and I walked up to the dealership, John came out and greeted us. He asked what we were looking for and he led us inside and looked up options for us to look at. The searched popped up a few Dodge Darts. He told me that one was silver, one was black, and one was orange. My face must have showed that orange was not an option, so he brought out the silver one and ran it through the car wash so it was nice and clean when we looked at it. I test drove it, and it drove like a dream! When I drove it back to the dealership, John had brought out the orange one and I am so thankful he did not listen to me. The car was exactly what I wanted! For a certified pre-owned, it was clean, only had one little scratch on the front bumper, and had the upgrade entertainment system that I wanted. As much as I loved the car, I wanted to see one more option, so I told them that, and they left it alone, gave me their card and told me to call when I made my decision. I went and looked at the other vehicle and called John on the phone and we made a deal over the phone. My parents went back the next day to fill out the paperwork because I was not able to go. They told me that John was extremely helpful and kind. He even got me A Dodge Hellcat hat and wrote me a nice letter saying that he hopes I enjoy my Dodge Dart and that I can contact him anytime if I need anything. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership because they made my buying experience nice and easy! And John was the best salesman. He was kind and knowledgeable about the cars and everything that goes along with it. More

Easy, fun and a great experience overall Went into the dealership in April met with Scott and drove a few models. I wasn't ready to buy at that time but at the end of June I was. Worst Experience I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback from this location in September 2017. I would never recommend this branch to any person. I have had issues with both sa I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback from this location in September 2017. I would never recommend this branch to any person. I have had issues with both sales and service. To buy the car it took 8 hours. We had a negotiated price agreed upon within an hour and the delays were attributed to the branch being so busy. I was sitting waiting for multiple representatives for 7 hours. They sold me the car with tires that were severely needing replacement. I had to get 4 brand new tires on the car in January, just 3 months after purchasing the vehicle. The service department has also been a headache. I came in to replace one faulty tire with an appointment. I was waiting an hour and a half before a representative asked where my wheel nut lock key was, because they couldn’t find theirs. After they finally got the tire off in almost 2 hours, they said there is a hole in the tire (that they sold me the car with, previous owner had tried to plug it up with black tar and it had a small leak since I bought it). They also informed me they didn’t have tires in stock and I’d have to go buy one at a tire store and bring it back to them. I told them to leave the tire on (it was operational, just needed constant air resupply). They replaced the tire with my donut. By now I had waited almost 2.5 hours, with no solution to a simple issue. I had them put the old tire back on (which took another 25 minutes), and took the car to a tire shop down the street, where the handled the situation immediately. Most recently, I have been trying to cancel the warranty. I no longer live in the area, and it has taken almost a month to get someone from that branch to process the paperwork. I sent my original request over the phone and by email on June 17. It was finally confirmed that the warranty was removed today, July 11. Schumacher of Delray is the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Coconut Creek Subaru is worth the drive to not deal with the headaches this dealership will cause you throughout the ownership of your vehicle. Subaru is a fantastic brand and I wholeheartedly believe this dealership gives the brand a terrible name for itself. More
