Stay Away. Don't have the Experience I did! Ken Cadmus was my salesman and he's a great car salesman. Unfortunately, I didn't do well at all. He took my car key and wouldn't give it back befor Ken Cadmus was my salesman and he's a great car salesman. Unfortunately, I didn't do well at all. He took my car key and wouldn't give it back before I agreed to buy a car. Even though the car he was selling me wasn't there, he gave me a loaner and took my plate. Ironically, he misstated why he needed my plate, sine the car the next day had a new plate. His reasoning as was told by him to me a few days later, was to eliminate my chance of buyer's remorse. He's right. I did and still do have buyer's remorse. I wanted a 2019 he tricked me into a 2018 model outback, by misstating the price differences. He sold me a 24,000 mile oil change plan for over $300. He refused for over a week to give me a copy of the plan. His math was off on the actual lease documents, and not to my favor. But the worst, he "bought" my 2016 Subaru for supposedly $21,000. He said they would payoff the loan and cut me a check for the balance in 4-5 days. Its now well over 2 weeks and they have kept my car and not paid. My calls are unanswered. Someone named Michael Riley responded to my Yelp review and offered to help. I called him last Friday. He did not return my call and removed his post. Subaru is a great car brand. Coconut Creek Subaru was a pleasure to work with in 2016. More

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE So my first experience with Schumacher Subaru was about 10 months ago when I leased the Subaru WRX. There were some slight kinks but they quickly were smoothed over by the very competent Finance guy Dwight, Jesse and Management. Jesse was our salesman and I cannot say enough good things about him. Nice, no "airs" about him, really genuine, smart and super knowledgeable. It was because of him and mostly his knowledge that sold us completely. So fast forward to a few days ago, I am back in the market for an SUV. Really was liking the VW Atlas. Went to Gunther VW Delray. They shook on a deal they could not come threw on and tried to screw me over. Was so disappointed. Left an honest review on dealerater and Joe Gunther the IV attacked my husband and me personally in response with insults. Couldn't believe it. So glad it did not work out with them and realized after returning to Jesse at Subaru, I made a very big mistake wasting my time at Gunther VW in Delray. Jesse helped me again and got me in a better vehicle than the Atlas!! So happy! Thank you Jesse and Subaru Finance/Management for making it worth my time to be there! Side note, I also noticed on some not so great reviews (not many) that Schumacher Management responds to customers with respect, class and professionalism. Thank you! I really like seeing that Schumacher team. More
