Truly A Pleasure I had a great experience with Schumacher Subaru! We’d been searching the state for a lightly-used Crosstrek and previously had been burned by another I had a great experience with Schumacher Subaru! We’d been searching the state for a lightly-used Crosstrek and previously had been burned by another dealership three hours to the north (where I arrived to find the car had been owned by a heavy smoker). We found a good candidate car on Schumacher Subaru’s website, but before making a similar trip called to physically confirm the car had been smoker-free; we appreciated salesman David Poire handling this unusual request with no complaints. I arrived at Schumacher the following day at noon to look at the car and by 3pm I was leaving in the car. From walk-around to test drive to negotiations to paperwork, literally only three hours elapsed! David Poire was great to work with - personable, professional and no-pressure, letting the car and the price sell itself - and finance manager Brett Krevoy was friendly and efficient. I’ve been involved with over a dozen car purchases and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. More
