Thanks to Sales Manager Robert Nicol and Sales Consultant Franklin Collado the whole process went very smoothly-- we were not pressured to make any quick decisions. Franklin Collado took a lot of time explaining all our options and finding just the right car for us so that we are completely satisfied with the decision we made.
