The Best and the Worst This was my second car purchase in 7 months and while I worked with one superstar, there were several associates in dire need of training. I was fortunate enough to work with Art Mushnitski, in pre-owned car sales. Art went over and above, getting answers and pushing the process along and overall, was very kind and respectful. Others would say- I'll get right back to you and NEVER did, over and over. People, particularly women, arrive with expectations, maybe a bit skeptical, and the Schumacher associates live up to the cliché of typical car sales people lacking sincerity. I reached out to Mr. Schumacher and his response was immediate and I am so grateful. I asked for his GM immediately upon arriving for a replacement mirror and Dave Helms would not call him, putting me off three times, waiting for some other Sales person to return and never came to me with any answers. I met two different sets of people who had been in the waiting room for 4 hours, had appointments for new tires and tune-ups and it made no sense. Mr. Schumacher gets a thumbs-up but his team was disappointing and hopefully, their leader will keep up the training and live up to his "family" promise. More

Old Jeep to New Recently had my ‘01 Wrangler take a nosedive on me which unfortunately put me in a bit of a bind and needing a car. Luckily for me I came across a bea Recently had my ‘01 Wrangler take a nosedive on me which unfortunately put me in a bit of a bind and needing a car. Luckily for me I came across a beautiful 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland at Schumacher and called as soon as I could to set up a chance to see the car. Lawrence took my call and happily provided me with every bit of information I requested. He was prompt, pleasant, and professional as he set me up with David in sales, scheduling me for an appointment to come in the next day. Before I was able to get in the door to the sales room, David was already standing up and greeting me. He had the paperwork for the vehicle prepared and the CarFax in my hand before we even sat at his desk. Kind and personable, he made every aspect from the test drive to the paperwork as smooth as the Jeep’s ride! David handled preparations for the Jeep, making sure it was detailed and spotless before I drove off the lot, even going so far as to provide me with a tube of touch up paint for some minor scratches. Before long, he guided me over to the finance office where I met Sonny, who took me from there. Sonny was a pleasure to work with. He outlined everything in detail and quite meticulously, ensuring I was having my questions answered as they came up. He was diligent and I’m thankful for his effort in finding some money to save me throughout the process. Overall, I was very pleased with most every aspect of my dealings with Schumacher. All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and willing to help where they could. David and Sonny were both awesome, and I’m thankful they made my experience an easy one. If I could add any suggestions it would be to find a way to minimize the amount of back and forth between buildings. Thanks a bunch.
