Everyone I encountered from the staff at the main building to Art Mushnitski (my sales representative) to Dmitri Gonchar (finance manager) was nothing short of professional, courteous and just plain friendly. Art took the time to answer all of my questions and was very personable and non judgmental. Dmitry went all out to get me out the door with the keys to my new car. I can't thank these gentlemen enough for a very memorable experience. It's worth mentioning that the Schumacher Dealership is family owned (it certainly feels like it) and it's also very accessible from both the highway and main road.
