An internet (out of state) purchase made eazy. When I found the truck that I imagined in my head , I found it at Schumacher of Del Ray beach,Fla. My problem was I am in Vermilion Oh. 1200 miles aw When I found the truck that I imagined in my head , I found it at Schumacher of Del Ray beach,Fla. My problem was I am in Vermilion Oh. 1200 miles away,didn't know anybody there to check out the vehicle for me . I was dependent on the salesman I talked with on the phone. That's when I first talked to Pedro and John. This was the beginning of a week long correspondence which led to my purchase of the truck. There wasn't a question or a picture or even videos that I ask for that they didn't hesitate to provide. This was the confidence I needed to buy out of state. From the moment I arrived at the airport where they picked me up till I was driving away they were more than helpful. Even the days after,they checked on my satisfaction ! Average Experience I was desperately in need of a car because my engine from my last car over heated. I went to Schumacher (first dealership) I wasn’t planning on gett I was desperately in need of a car because my engine from my last car over heated. I went to Schumacher (first dealership) I wasn’t planning on getting a car at the first dealership I went to. Art was standing out there when his co worker asked us if we needed help. Art took us to his office and helped us find a car that was in me and my husbands budget. I was happy because it was the first car we looked at. He was extremely patient and was willing to help. I know that’s his job but he was sincerely wanted to help. When we got to the finance guy, Carlos. He was nice, but I felt like he was rushing us a little bit. Keep in mind I’m the woman sitting in the corner letting my husband handling everything. But we ending up with a $4,000+ plus of services we weren’t planning on your loans. He didn’t even ask us..Hey, do you want this or that but telling us in way that we wouldn’t ask questions!!!!! He made everything sound free. I sent him an email the next day about the charges because he wasn’t there to process the rest of my down payment. It’s been a week and 4 days and I still haven’t heard from him!!!!!! But Thank you Art for helping me find a car that I am happy with. I can go on for so long on this review......but people just be mindful when it comes to the finance managers. Please ask questions to extra things that may sound free to you!!!!! I was hurt because I’m a student and I was trying to pay off my car in less than a year!!!🤦🏾???🤦🏾???🤦🏾???🤦🏾??? More
