I came in never having driven a car with a standard transmission, but with David's insistence and instruction, by the time I'd finished all the paperwork, I was able to drive the car off the lot on my own. The whole while, I was able to pick the brains of David, Edwin, and Dimitry to ensure that the transaction was fair, and that I took advantage of all the useful services being offered by the dealership. He kept in close communication with me and was very responsive as we waited for the car to be delivered. The day the car was delivered, he was scheduled off that day, but came in just to deliver the car to us himself, which was very appreciated.
