It was refreshing to experience the level of personal service & professionalism I did with John Esche in my purchase of a unique Chrysler 300 C Platinum V8 Hemi. John was very responsive to my inquiry, performed a detailed Body Panel Report for me, and basically served as my "Eyes" for a purchase on the opposite end of the State. I developed a level of trust in John to commit to the purchase sight-unseen, and drive 6 Hours roundtrip to take delivery. The Car was exactly as represented, facilitating a a smooth transaction; truly superior customer service from sale to delivery. More

Scott was a kind salesman who helped me purchase my 2018 Outback , I could not afford a 2019 or 2020 . Scott took the time to show me exactly what my payments would be so once I went to financing it wasn’t Outback , I could not afford a 2019 or 2020 . Excellent Buying or leasing a new car, for me personally, is worse than going to the dentist, but dealing with the Schumacher staff and in particular Scott Greg Buying or leasing a new car, for me personally, is worse than going to the dentist, but dealing with the Schumacher staff and in particular Scott Gregory was a pleasant experience.
