Amazing buying experience with Angelique Hernandez. I recently purchased a vehicle from Schumacher Subaru of Delray. Before walking in, I spent months doing research about how to navigate the maze of I recently purchased a vehicle from Schumacher Subaru of Delray. Before walking in, I spent months doing research about how to navigate the maze of car buying. I was very tense and nervous walking in, but Angelique truly exceeded all my expectations. In less than 15 minutes we had narrowed down all the models/trims that I was considering to one that had exactly what I needed, nothing more, nothing less. From there, the process was very simple and transparent. I was expecting to be stressed and even defensive during my time there. Instead, I found myself actually enjoying the experience. I never felt pushed or manipulated into buying things that I didn't need or that we hadn't agreed on. But more importantly, no amount of research prepared for every single detail of the process, and Angelique actually helped me understand every step and every decision. I'm very excited to finally be part of the Subaru family, and I plan coming back here in the future. When I walked into the Finance Manager (Scott Gregory, I believe) office, I thought, "This is where it gets tricky". But it didn't. He was straight forward.
