Great teamwork, clean facility. Got recall work done an hour before promised time. Only concern was that I needed a little touch up paint. Don't mind at all paying but Parts said I would have to pick it up and the little pen couldn't be mailed. Almost doubles the cost and real inconvenience. David also showed great kindness and concern in accommodating my octogenarian parents who accompanied me on the test drive and waited while we finalizeded the deal. Special shout out to Finance Manager Rich Piasecki! These two gentlemen are such fine assets to the Scumacher organization and I am very grateful to both of them. I traveled from Martin County to Schumacher Delray to test drive an Outback 3.6R and drove out that same day a new-to-me car owner thanks to David and Rich! More
