I traveled to Schumacher of Delray Beach from Orlando because Fred my sales rep worked to find the vehicle I was looking for. He kept me informed and in the same day found a vehicle I was happy with. He never rushed me and I felt he listened with my best interest at heart. He went over all the details with me and gave me freewill while on the test drive. He spoke highly of his dealership then turned me over to Scott the finance manager. That was a easy and clear process. I actually came in with a pre qualified letter but he got me a better deal by 2%. With that savings I bought a few extras in the area of warranty and maintenance. The guys treated me well and I didn't feel intimidated. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. More

My salesman Alex Moo was excellent but the general vibe with the other salesmen and showroom was a little too competitive and rude. Too cutthroat for my taste. Had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Alex Moo was an excellent sales agent, no pressure and worked well with us to get a deal we could live with.
