I wanted a car practically the same as my wife's Subaru. I told salesman (Fred) what I wanted:Model and Color 2023 or 2024. The car was not in stock but Fred located exactly what I wanted and had it deliv I told salesman (Fred) what I wanted:Model and Color 2023 or 2024. The car was not in stock but Fred located exactly what I wanted and had it delivered the next day. When we went to pickup the car Fred explained many of the details of the car and the purchase process with no surprises and no "Gotchas" The car was ready when I arrived for the pickup and the financial person fully explained all the details of completing the purchase - again: No Surprises I truly appreciated the way the dealer welcomed me and kept me informed through all the steps.
