They make it impossible to schedule appointments. Also, brought my new navigator in with a rattle noise during start, they didn’t diagnose it properly and just assumed it was a factory service that require brought my new navigator in with a rattle noise during start, they didn’t diagnose it properly and just assumed it was a factory service that required a reprogramming. It’s still rattling during startup and a quick google search shows this is due to a worn variable cam timing unit that needs replaced. No one followed up with me to make sure the problem was Fixed. Now I have to bring it back in, but the problem is they never answer the phone and make it difficult to get an appointment scheduled. I’ve always owned Escalades in the past and I must say the Delray Cadillac service is superior to what we’ve experienced at Schumacher Lincoln in Delray. More
