After solving my few problems, I asked when I was due for a service call. I had 5600 miles on my Continental. Since I had no appointment scheduled, Michael recommended I do it now, if convenient . I was delighted and when my car was ready, it was even more beautiful, having been washed and waxed. More

The valet service that Lincoln offers is truly a very positive way of doing business. He let me know of further needs for the car by phone and I picked up a clean, serviced car in a few hours. Your waiting room leave a lot to be desired. Other dealership service waiting rooms have food, coffee, internet, computers, and lounge chairs for their customers. You have a long way to compete. They also give loaners when cars are brought in for service. Listen up!!! More

I went in for an oil change and it was one of the easiest service appointments I've had in a Michael in the service dept. was wonderful to work with. The most pleasant car salesman we have ever dealt with. Richard Gardiner was thorough and patient in spite of the fact that that there was so many differences in the MKC compared to our Tuscon. Craig provides superior customer service, excellent attention to detail, and can I just say... Wow! He even fixed my key chain so I would chip my manicure. I have incredibly high standards and I only take time to write reviews when I have a terrible or excellent experiences. So luckily this is one of the good ones!
