Frank Santilli Was Wonderful I drove in on a busy Wednesday afternoon with something lodged in my tire and it was losing pressure. The dealership was extremely busy. Wonderful Customer Service Experience Hi. I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Overland which I'm very happy with. I recently had to bring my car in for some service at Delray Motors and and Hi. I recently had to bring my car in for some service at Delray Motors and and was struck by the great customer service I received: *Car drop-off and review of service needs was a snap *Shuttle service to my place of work fast and on time. *Timely updates from my service technician, Frank Santilli. *Got a call from Frank when my car was ready several hours earlier than anticipated. *Fast check out and review of all service conducted. I got a car was to boot and the fee for services was very reasonable. Anyway, I just wanted to show my appreciation with this review. Dana More

listened, reassured, communicated & fixed On Wednesday afternoon, before Thanksgiving (& before a road trip to the Tampa area for Thanksgiving Day) we had to take my 2010 Caliber in unexpected On Wednesday afternoon, before Thanksgiving (& before a road trip to the Tampa area for Thanksgiving Day) we had to take my 2010 Caliber in unexpectedly. One of the symptoms I was describing was VERY odd & needed a certain combination of things to recreate it. Frank listened & wrote down what we were saying. There was no way we could have the car looked at, let alone fixed that day, so we had to rent a vehicle for ‘Thanksgiving in Tampa’. Frank was reassuring as I was likely evidently a bit stressed because of our commitment to family to be in Tampa for Thanksgiving Day. He promised to give us an update on Friday after Thanksgiving, which he did and ultimately they were able to get parts from another area dealer & get my car fixed before closing on Friday. This could have dragged on over the holiday weekend and that would have cost us a lot in car rental fees. We REALLY appreciated the attentive service & timely fix! Debra S. More

Purchase my new Jeep from this dealer in July 2013. I decided to opt for the leather seats which needed to be swapped out. First visit, wrong seat covers were installed, second visit was to show them wrong covers were installed (someone else needed to see this). Third visit was to get the problem corrected. Now it really begins.... December 2013 they had my car for 11 days!. There was paint chipping on the inside of the door, back of seats were coming apart, piece of plastic on side of seat caught my child's finger, and brakes squeaking to name a few. Eleven days later when I picked up my car it had been driven for 10 miles, it was covered with tree sap all over the car, and the roof of the car was dented. They did not even offer to wash the car. Drove the car for 1 day, and the break squeaking occurred again. I was told by the service manager that "I should take my car to another dealer, as there is nothing wrong". One day I was in the area an popped in. I took the service manager for a ride, where he heard the brake problem. He never apologized for what he said about taking the car elsewhere. They did finally fix the brake problem. Yet, I am waiting 4 months now to have this dent repaired. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.....RUN FAST FROM THIS DEALER! More
Upon entering the parts dept. I was shocked to see the filth all over the place. Mud on the floor,dirt everywhere,garbage cans overflowing,parts thrown everywhere and even broken walls. I also had a terrible experience with my first appointment on my new MKZ hybrid. Car was returned unwashed, took far longer than promised and the presets were not working. I had a Jaguar XJ which I traded in because I wanted to buy American. There is no comparison in the dealerships. Delray Lincoln should be ashamed of themselves. More
