Headlight never corrected I have a brand new 2015 Chrysler 300S that came from the factory with two different headlights, I alerted the dealer of this in March 2015 3 days afte I have a brand new 2015 Chrysler 300S that came from the factory with two different headlights, I alerted the dealer of this in March 2015 3 days after I took the car home.. They keep telling me Chrysler is sending the correct headlight to match. It is now September and still no headlight or call. Hard to believe this matter is not solved. Very frustrating! I get no satisfaction on the dealers part which when you call all you get is voice mails. Never a live person. More
Terrible customer service and warranty care The service department is PATHETIC. My vehicle broke down on a monday and i called to have it towed in. They said they would look at that afternoon. They did not look at it until friday and charged me for a rental vehicle for those 5 days it sat there doing nothing. Then they would not cover the repair under warranty. This is a 2015 vehicle and there should not have been any question that it was a warranty repair. I had it towed out of there to a much better, reputable dealership. HIGHLY ADVICE TO NEVER USE FOR SERVICE!!!! More

I have had the pleasure of dealing with numerous people throughout the years and they ALL have been wonderful & made me feel important and valued as a customer. I did not have an appointment and RICK QUINONES worked me into his schedule with very little wait time on a busy Monday morning. He was very personable and professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Delray Motors to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle or needs service on their existing car/truck to come here first. They will treat you right and take care of you! Kudos to Delray Motors for hiring and keeping the BEST employee's! More

He not only took care of me quickly but also arranged a shuttle ride for me so I could make it to work on time. The service on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler was done even earlier than expected. It felt like I was being treated more like a friend than a customer. Can't say enough about Frank and his service group. More

I recently had to bring my car in for some service at Delray Motors and and was struck by the great customer service I received: *Car drop-off and review of service needs was a snap *Shuttle service to my place of work fast and on time. *Timely updates from my service technician, Frank Santilli. *Got a call from Frank when my car was ready several hours earlier than anticipated. *Fast check out and review of all service conducted. I got a car was to boot and the fee for services was very reasonable. Anyway, I just wanted to show my appreciation with this review. Dana More

listened, reassured, communicated & fixed On Wednesday afternoon, before Thanksgiving (& before a road trip to the Tampa area for Thanksgiving Day) we had to take my 2010 Caliber in unexpected On Wednesday afternoon, before Thanksgiving (& before a road trip to the Tampa area for Thanksgiving Day) we had to take my 2010 Caliber in unexpectedly. One of the symptoms I was describing was VERY odd & needed a certain combination of things to recreate it. Frank listened & wrote down what we were saying. There was no way we could have the car looked at, let alone fixed that day, so we had to rent a vehicle for ‘Thanksgiving in Tampa’. Frank was reassuring as I was likely evidently a bit stressed because of our commitment to family to be in Tampa for Thanksgiving Day. He promised to give us an update on Friday after Thanksgiving, which he did and ultimately they were able to get parts from another area dealer & get my car fixed before closing on Friday. This could have dragged on over the holiday weekend and that would have cost us a lot in car rental fees. We REALLY appreciated the attentive service & timely fix! Debra S. More
