Warning: Don’t schedule a service appointment on the web site. I live down here part time and keep a Jeep Rubicon locally. Approximately 3 weeks ago I scheduled a service appointment for a date during my s site. I live down here part time and keep a Jeep Rubicon locally. Approximately 3 weeks ago I scheduled a service appointment for a date during my stay. When I went to confirm the appointment during the preceding business day I was advised that no such appointment was on their calendar. I asked for a call back and never got one. When I called again I was advised that my appointment was booted off the calendar due to too many appointments. I received no notice of this. When I asked for an alternate appointment that week I was told there was no appointment available and no exception could be made. I own my business and would have found a way to get the customer in during his available week More

Called for an oil change. Sure, come any time up to 5 pm. Drive through rush hour traffic but when I get there it's a whole other story. Every one looks buried in work. Service department possibly engaged in fraudulent practices Recently dropped off a 2014 Jeep Patriot for an oil, air filter change and battery service. The work order writeup was handled by Robert Pikovski. Recently dropped off a 2014 Jeep Patriot for an oil, air filter change and battery service. The work order writeup was handled by Robert Pikovski. He was instructed to perform the above service and perform an inspection. If there was any additional work to be done, please call for authorization first. I also inquired about a loaner should the car need to stay overnight. Mr. Pikovski promised a loaner would be available and noted it on the work order. Car was dropped off at 10:45am on a Saturday. Mr. Pikovski called at 1:41pm and informed me that some of the fluids looked "a little low" and asked if I'd like the topped off. I said fine...as fluid top-offs are standard practice for oil changes. I was under the assumption the work would be wrapped up quickly and I could pick up the car. Unfortunately, the shop closed at 3pm and I received no phone call and was stuck without a loaner. Come Monday morning I go to pick up the car and when I receive my bill, what was supposed to be a total of $191 in charges was inflated to nearly $1,000. Mr. Pikovski, without my knowledge or consent, added on four more nonsense services (such as a radiator flush) at around $200 each. When I complained to what I believe was his manager, Tom (he did not give me his last name), they both claimed in a belligerent and aggressive manner that I did indeed agree to the additional service and that my Saturday afternoon phone conversation was on speaker...overheard by other employees in the shop. Once I caught them in this lie, I called my fiancee who happened to be with me when the car was dropped off and had her verify exactly what was said and what was agreed to. I also had her arrange to contact my attorney. Tom and Mr. Pikovski the went off into another room, and after making me wait another half hour, Tom emerged and finally produced a corrected bill for $191. I can't stress this enough: Do not do business with this dealership, and if you do, to watch them like a hawk. Furthermore, do not trust many of the positive reviews on this web site - from their tone they appear to be planted by Schumacher employees. More

From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by Joe and he knew exactly what I needed . He even personally delivered my vehicle back to me as I was working that day.
