We were greeted quickly and a sales rep introduced himself efficiently and without a lot of yakkity yak. We wanted to see a certain SUV, he checked his computer right away, and less than 60 seconds later we were standing in front of the exact car we were looking for. We went for a test drive, decided the car was great, and then informed the rep that we wanted to trade in the car we drove there in. In record time, we came to a deal, and the paperwork was pushed through as fast as possible. We actually drove off in the new Grand Cherokee that day, and were thoroughly pleased. More

He's a great guy and is knowledgeable not only about cars, but anything vehicle related including insurance and dmv questions. He was very direct and upfront about everything from the start and overall we had a great experience dealing with him.
