SERVICE NIGHTMARE I brought my 2015 Ram in for two factory recalls. Frank said it should take a few days not true. first I had to pay for the loaner truck. second Frank I brought my 2015 Ram in for two factory recalls. Frank said it should take a few days not true. first I had to pay for the loaner truck. second Frank ask me if I purchased the truck there and I said no. so saying that my truck was there for nine days. when I called an ask Frank how the service was going he said we are busy with cars coming in. Then after my truck was there for four days Frank called and said he was finishing up with the recalls this was 11:43 on Friday. Not True. then Frank called me at 4:12 and said he may have the recalls done Saturday with the mechanic coming in on Saturday. Not True. Then Frank told me the truck might be ready Monday or Tuesday. Not True. Late Tuesday Frank called and said my rear axles were bent (WHAT) said I must have hit a curb or a pot hole. Frank wanted $2800.00 for the axles to be replaced of course I said NO. I told Frank I would pick up my truck the next day. I show up at 9:00 am on Wednesday. now I have a new warning light on my dash. I decide to leave before I lose my temper as I'm driving my service engine light comes on not surprised at that point I knew I made a huge mistake going to Schumacher. Now I have no cruise control no Bluetooth and two warning lights on my dash. I called customer service help line I now have a claim number and will have to drop my truck at another dealership. More

I found that highly unethical and offensive so I am mentioning it here... My friend and I took his Jeep here for two new tires and he noticed a few days later after the service that the old tires were still on his Jeep! They called the service advisor and he said it was their mistake due to some kind of communication breakdown with employees. They eventually went back and had the new tires put on but nothing was ever done to make up for their big mistake. I strongly suggest everyone checks their tires or replaced parts before driving off. More

One Saturday afternoon, we drove by Schumacher Delray and decided to stop in and give it one more try. My son and I were greeted at the door immediately by Craig Sabarese. I have always been stressed by the entire car buying experience and being a single mother, even more stressed trying to help my son through this process. Craig instantly made us feel at home and eased that stress by being kind, honest and respectful. I drove away that day following my son in his brand new Jeep Renegade feeling very proud of him and so happy that Craig was the one who met us at the door. I decided to return to Schumacher just a few months later to trade my car for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and once again Craig delivered a level of excellence in service that exceeded all my expectations. We had not expected to buy a car that day- but we did. When a sales person ( Herb Otten ) makes the car buying experience sooo easy and pleasurable- how could we not buy the car. Herb not only gave me everything I asked for but he went way beyond our expectations. We kept thinking that this was too easy and, at any moment, we would be told they made a mistake and couldn't do the deal the way we wanted. But that was not the case- the deal was made as Herb promised. David in finance was also, a pleasure to deal with. Herb and Schumacher are proving that buying a car does not have to be a nasty, back and forth negotiating, unpleasant experience! More

Service From xxxx OMG What a horrible experience I have had. I couldn't believe this is a dealership service center. To start my car was in a minor accident with some g OMG What a horrible experience I have had. I couldn't believe this is a dealership service center. To start my car was in a minor accident with some guy turning into my front bumper. I stated to FRANK their service rep that my car was making a weird noise after the accident. He had me turn on my car and my A/C and he confirmed that was not supposed to sound like that. Well when my insurance adjuster came Frank apparently forgot or didn't tell him about it. So when I go to pickup my car and it's still making that weird metal on metal grinding noise I asked Frank "What happened with the noise. Why wasn't it fixed" Frank have me a shrug of the shoulders and said he didn't know call the insurance company. So I did, Turns out frank never told them about it. He also failed to notify them about the missing clip for my engine cover that was also knocked off during the accident. So after calling the insurance company I had to drop my car off again to Schumacker. Keep in mind I had to take off from work to do all this since I only take my car to the dealership since I usually prefer there service and I thought they would be able to get the job done right. Well today I go to pick up my car and I am driving less then 5 minutes and my check engine light comes on. So once again I give Frank a call (who doesn't enjoy his job from what I can tell) Unless your picking something up he doesn't have much time to deal with you. Probably because he tries to hit you up to give him a 10 star review because "anything less does him no good". I called and stated my check engine light came on as soon as I left the dealership. His statement to me was. "That happens all the time when people leave. We get this call a lot. It doesn't mean we did anything" To me that means this dealership either doesn't fix things correctly or they "accidentally" damage other things and don't really care. I was appalled at his answer. After requesting to speak to a supervisor for over 5 minutes I told him Either have him call me or my next call with me to the Corporate office. I then get a call from Angel Perez. He stated that they wanted me to take off work again to have them look at my car or I can just drive it with the check engine lite since unless is flashing its not too serious. Well I don't operate any vehicles that have a check engine lite. I am disabled and don't want to get stranded in the middle of nowhere in 99 degree heat in Southern Florida with 75% humidity. After a long conversation we agree to have them pick it up tomorrow via a tow truck and look at it. So we will see how that goes. But from my experience with Frank and the fact they didn't test drive my car after the repair which would have triggered the check engine lite. I will update this review after they pickup my car and see what in the world could have happened. I understand that things happen but to state that you get this call a lot when people pick up their car from your service center... well that just raises red flags. I am also contacting their corporate office to verify if that is the case. I should have another review later this week regarding the supervisor and if he is able to rectify this horrible experience I have had with Dodge Shumacker. Fingers Crossed. Kevin S. More
