From the moment we walked in and was greeted warmly by Carlos Sanchez along with other employees I was impressed. The customer service right away was very inviting. And while the car I drove 1 hr plus to see had already been sold, Carlos recognized my needs and suggested an alternate car which I never considered. We test drove it, and drilled him with many questions which he answered superbly. And I was sold on the vehicle!
