Pleasant Experience It's been a number of years since I bought a used car. There is the lingering concern about dealing with the stereotypical slick used car salesman and It's been a number of years since I bought a used car. There is the lingering concern about dealing with the stereotypical slick used car salesman and the "nails on the blackboard" cringe worthy experience associated with the event. Such was not the case with David and Oscar. In fact, we walked away extremely happy with the experience. All the people we dealt with at Schumacher were pleasant and helpful. It may be awhile before I purchase another car, but they will be at the top of my referral list when I'm asked if I know a good place to buy a car. Thanks guys!! More

When my husband and I purchased our van in September, 2018 we noticed a deep scratch on the top driver's side door panel. We pointed it out to Craig, our salesperson. Craig told me to call him in the beginning of October so he can order the part for me. Why at the beginning of October, I don't know. I did. I am still waiting for this part. I've called and spoke to 4 different people. I was told by the Parts Department that they have no order. I was told by my salesperson that the order was placed. My husband just called parts and once again we were told there was no order placed. I just received an email from Yovonne Felix, "Your molding for now is on back order. I be informed from parts when the part arrive" I just once again replied to this email to please provide me with an ORDER NUMBER. It seems no one can give me an order number to prove it has been ordered. We are so frustrated by this. This is such bad service especially since it's something that should have been fixed even before we accepted the new van. We took Craig's word that the part would be ordered. "No problem" he said! More

Appreciation of Excellence in Service Vacationing in Delray Beach, Fl. on Tuesday evening 11/6/18 the head lights began to flicker on and off, the speedometer went back and forth from 10 t Vacationing in Delray Beach, Fl. on Tuesday evening 11/6/18 the head lights began to flicker on and off, the speedometer went back and forth from 10 to 70 miles an hour while traveling at approximately 25mph the air conditioner was pulsating. The next morning Wednesday the7th as a walk in to the service department with no appointment, I was greeted by a Chrysler service representative in a cordial professional manner. She asked me if I had an appointment and my reply was no this problem just began. I told her I was on a family vacation and heading back to Chicago on Friday. I was driving a Chrysler 200 series 2013 which I purchased at Schumacher Chrysler new. Within a few minutes I was greeted by a manager named Tom. I told him of all the problems and my problem of leaving on Friday. Once he heard all of the erratic things that were happening, he said I thought I have heard everything to lighten up my tension. He said leave the car and I will address these issues and hopefully get you on the road. Friday morning I received the text from Tom, your car has been serviced and ready for pick up. I immediately went to the service department Tom came out of his office greeted me with great news. He told me the electrical problem was a leakage in the battery that was still under warranty, he addressed the recalls and made sure the car was 100% road worthy. The charge for this emergency service was minimal. The service at Schumacher Chrysler Delray Beach Florida is Outstanding. Thank you again Tom and the entire service department. Steve Panzarella More
