Purchased new Jeep Cherokee Limited on 10/10. Sales process was fine although long process waiting to meet with Finance team. There was a interior trim panel that needed fixing. I made appointment with Service dept for 4:00pm on Friday 10-16. I got call day before they could not service my car as that time just for drop offs. I was given time 10/21. They had my car nearly the entire day and did not fix the issue and in fixing discounted the gear shift back light. Tuesday 10/19 get a call parts are in and was given an appointment for 11/04 at 7:30. Yesterday I received a call from the Service Department saying I cant bring my car that day as they are too busy/backed up and need to reschedule to November 17th - totally unacceptable. Had I known this is how their Service Department operates I would have never bought from this dealership!! If I could turn this car back and get my money back I would. So not worth all the hassle with them. More

Not happy with dealership, Art did pretty much the best he could. No loaner from dealership for work that needed to be done with purchase ..I’m not sure in what galaxy someone lives in that you don’t think he could.
