When we purchased the new vehicle, you advised us that my existing tag (******) was 10 years old and needed to be replaced, and you gave me what I was led to believe was an "updated tag" - *** ***. The tax collector let me know today that the ****** tag has not been cancelled, and is still active in the system. The Schumacher title department did not receive the old tag to cancel, which only had 30 days from the purchase date of 2/13 (today is day 26), and is now still floating around active and unaccounted for. Due to the NEGLIGENCE of processing on Schumachers end, I now have to handle this myself and expedite the filing of the paperwork in person (at the tax collector's office, which only takes appointments) or MY LICENSE WOULD BE SUSPENDED. This is unacceptable. It has also come to my attention (from both the tax collector and your title department) that instead of processing a replacement, you processed a request for a new tag all together resulting in the $200 cost. The ****** tag was not filed as a "replacement" for the ****** tag. This additional cost out of my pocket could have been avoided, and I am curious to know why this was processed. On top of all that a car that we have owned only 26 days and was literally inside on the showroom floor has major rust issues on a 2021 Dodge Charger 392 Daytona. More
Bought a used Tacoma, from Edwin, I was very excited about the truck which was very clean and had no problem with the price but asked Eli the Sales Manager if there was any warranty that I can get with about the truck which was very clean and had no problem with the price but asked Eli the Sales Manager if there was any warranty that I can get with the sale and he said he can give me a 90 day warranty. After filling out the paperwork I went over to the Finance department to complete the transaction where he tried to sell me all sorts of warranties. I explained that Eli said I would get a 90 day warranty with the sale and that is all I wanted. He then tells me he knows nothing about it and refers me back to him. I now paid for the truck, we go back to Edwin's office where he gives us all the paperwork and we leave. When we got home I realized that there was no 90 warranty with any of the paperwork that I was given and called the following day and spoke to Eli and he said he would have Edwin call be back to straighten it out. After numerous calls to Edwin he said he would call Eli and get to the bottom of this. After again trying numerous times to call and e-mailed Edwin, I was ignored and finally gave up and was very disappointed because I was lied to. Buyers beware! More
Worst service center in America hands down. Brought my gladiator in for an oil change and got it back with tons issues it never had. Service manager made it sound like he has this problem a lot. I bet their service technicians make the same mistake frequently. Luckily the solution is a quick flash update to the onboard computer system. Takes about 2 hours. These people had my truck all day and did absolutely nothing. Didn’t call me. Didn’t do the update. They just left my truck in the service center all day and never called me. I an hour on hold to get my truck status, got so tired on waiting on hold I drove over there. My truck sitting untouched and someone loser service advisor giving me some bogus excuse that they don’t actually have technicians workin that can fix the truck, despite being scheduled for this exact service for this day for over a week. These people are the worst. Don’t believe me? Just pull into the service center and see what a disaster it is. The place couldn’t be more chaotic and disorganized. Don’t bring your vehicle here. You will get it back in worse condition and they won’t fix it. They literally told me they have plenty of clients and they could care less. More

Drove to Florida from New York with my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee, realized when we got here there was some kind of electrical problem. We drove into Schumacher and we’re helped immediately, we spoke to Ben Cherokee, realized when we got here there was some kind of electrical problem. We drove into Schumacher and we’re helped immediately, we spoke to Benjamin who was very professional and helpful and realize the situation we were in and took the vehicle in immediately. The dealership was very busy that day and had no loaner car to give us, they Uber us home and texted and called with updates. The next day they ubered us back and my vehicle was 100% fixed. Again Benjamin And the staff very professional and courteous I cannot say how helpful they were and how appreciated it really was to be treated that way. I highly recommend this dealership More
