After being treated very poorly at my local dodge dealer, a few miles from my home in Pompano Beach, I headed up the street this is the place to go. Everyone from the receptionist, who greeted me at the front door to Eric’s fantastic customer service, was a very pleasant experience. I ordered my new Ram TRX in late December and as asked that I be updated at every major event. From getting my order number, to a VIN number, to a build date and shipping date, and so on. Eric made sure to send me a text at every step, as he knew I was really looking forward to getting this truck. As luck would have it or possibly some begging on Eric's part, I was fortunate enough to get my beautiful TRX on my birthday. I can’t thank everyone enough there at Schumacher.
