Schumacher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Delray

One month ago I contacted Schumacher dealership to discuss the financing of a lease buy-out on a 2020 Ram 1500. I had the good fortune to speak with Art Mushnitski, who assured me that he could assis discuss the financing of a lease buy-out on a 2020 Ram 1500. I explained to him that my son and I were co-lessees on the vehicle and wanted to move forward as co-signers on the purchase of the truck. I also advised Art that I was in New Jersey and my son and the truck were in Florida. I further advised that I would be in Florida at the end of May at which point, he gave me his number and asked that I call him at that time to schedule an appointment. Interestingly enough, on the very day that I arrived in Florida, Art called me to ask if I had made it to Florida and if I was still interested in financing the purchase of the Ram. I was impressed that he took it upon himself to follow up with me rather than leaving the onus on me. We did finally meet with Art who we found to be professional, respectful and courteous and who handled the transaction most efficiently. Moreover, Adrian, who handled the financing, was equally professional and efficient. The overall experience at Schumacher was a positive one and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I had visited several dealerships while searching for the right vehicle. I must say that Art is the only salesperson who maintained any form of communication with me. Ryan who took care of the add-on trailer brake for the truck was also readily available, efficient and had loads of advice for me. all in all every person at the dealership was smiling, friendly and eager to assist me with any and all of my needs.
