The quick review: Great experience working with everyone at Schumacher. Art was my sales professional and I would absolutely work with him again. The details: My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned at Schumacher. Art was my sales professional and I would absolutely work with him again. The details: My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned Grand Cherokee Limited or Overland - 2019 or newer. We had twice made arrangements at two separate dealerships to come in and purchase a Jeep we found online - assuming everything was as described. However, it both cases the cars were sold and with one dealership, we had driven over an hour, only to find out they sold it just before we arrived... lot's of promises of course in the sales process with these two dealerships, "oh, we'll take care of you. You're car will be here, we treat you like family, blah, blah, blah...". Frustrating experiences. Fast forward to the Schumacher experience. We found the car online on a Friday and I called in and spoke with Art. Before getting into details about the Jeep, Art asked if he could call me back because he first wanted to make sure the car was still on the lot. The car was still there and Art promptly called back and explained in detail the condition of the car. This was super important, because I was going to be driving 3 hrs and didn't want to be disappointed. Additionally, I wasn't able to come to the dealership until Sunday, so Art got his manager on the phone who assured me it would be there. No pushy salesmanship, just a "Yup, we'll hold the car for you". Sunday came, I drove down to Schumacher CJDF and sure enough the car was there, exactly how Art described it and the paper work was ready to go. A quick walk around, test drive, a few signatures and I was back on the road with a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Thanks for making this process what it should be - quick, easy and fun! More
