I had a great test drive and the sales associate Gabrielle was very knowledgable about the vehicle, the brand and the features. I fell in love with the vehicle and the brand. That was until the Manager Chris Palmer came over to introduce himself and insult me. I am a disabled veteran injured overseas after serving three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I wasn’t happy with the price of the vehicle and wanted to get the best deal possible so I decided I would look at other dealerships and keep an open mind. I told Chris after I looked around and made up my mind I would get back in contact with Gabrielle. Chris wasn’t happy about me wanting to look around, so he decided to stoop low and make a comment about my disability. What my disability has to do with making a car sale is beyond me. I find this so disrespectful, very low and will never again step foot in a Schumacher dealership after having bought new vehicles from Schumacher in the past. More
